JO DAVIESS COUNTY FUTURE FUND
This endowment fund supports ideas that impact the future of Jo Daviess County. We make annual grants from the fund. Eligible for IL GIVES Tax Credit.

JO DAVIESS COUNTY YOUTH FUND
This fund supports ideas that ensure young people are healthy, educated, and empowered to succeed. We make annual grants from this fund.

FOOD INSECURITY FUND
This fund supports the work of the Community Foundation to eliminate hunger by building the capacity of organizations that work to end hunger.

BETTER DAYS SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Better Days Scholarship was started by Stephanie Cocagne to encourage more students to enter the counseling or social work fields. This fund provides educational scholarships for students graduating from any high school in Jo Daviess County with an interest in pursuing the counseling or social work fields.

BLACK HAWK PARK DISTRICT FUND
The fund supports park improvements and programming needs for the communities served by the Black Hawk Park District.

CTE ACADEMY FOUNDATION
The CTE Academy Foundation fund supports current educational programming and capital improvements to the CTE buildings and grounds located in Elizabeth, IL.

CTE ACADEMY ENDOWMENT
The CTE Academy Endowment supports the long term future of the CTE Academy to ensure it can continue to provide educational programming for generations to come. Eligible for the IL GIVES 25% Tax Credit.

ELIZABETH COMMUNITY FUND
The Elizabeth Community Fund was established by members of the Elizabeth, IL community, who pooled $10,000 to launch the fund. The fund will support the charitable work of nonprofit organizations that build or expand opportunities for citizens in 5 areas of focus: education, family economic security, community development, recreation & play, and the arts, in order to improve the lives of people in Elizabeth, IL.

ELIZABETH HISTORICAL SOCIETY FUND
The Elizabeth Historical Society Fund was started with a $200,000 gift thanks to the generosity of Virginia Klopf Holiday, a local donor and long-time supporter of the Elizabeth Historical Society. The fund supports the Elizabeth Historical Society’s preservation efforts at their two museums and programming to celebrate the history of Elizabeth and Jo Daviess County.

FUTURE WELLNESS LEADERS FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Future Wellness Leaders Foundation Scholarship Fund provides educational scholarships for students looking to pursue the spa and wellness industry.

GALENA-AGEN FRIENDSHIP CITIES FUND
The Galena-Agen Friendship Cities Fund supports the work of the Galena-Agen Friendship Cities Program. Gifts to the fund make cultural, educational, and occupational exchanges possible between Galena, Illinois, USA, and Agen, France, through Sister Cities International.

HELPING HANDS SCHOLARSHIP
This fund provides scholarships for students pursuing their credentials for working in the spa and wellness field. Scholarship awards are given annually to students graduating from high school in Jo Daviess County.

JDLF COLLECTIVE FUND
The JDLF Collective Fund was started with a gift from Jo Daviess County Local Foods. The fund supports the work of JDLF Collective, a nonprofit with a mission to expand access to sustainable local food for the benefit of our community, economy, and environment.

JO DAVIESS COUNTY
WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FUND
This fund supports the work of the Jo Daviess County Water Resource Management Planning Committee to protect and preserve water resources in our County by updating, promoting and implementing the Jo Daviess County Water Resource Management Plan. Eligible for IL GIVES Tax Credit.

PRAIRIE RIDGE OF GALENA FOUNDATION
This fund supports the needs of seniors in Jo Daviess County by funding programming for seniors & support & education for professional caregivers & nurses.

RICHARD M EUSTICE SCHOLARSHIP
The Richard Eustice Family Scholarship Fund was started to provide scholarships to River Ridge High School graduating seniors who plan to establish a career in the healthcare field.

RIVER RIDGE HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship fund is funded by a group of River Ridge High School Alumni to provide educational scholarships for graduates of River Ridge High School with a commitment to post-secondary education. Learn more about the River Ridge High School Alumni on their Facebook Page.
UPDATE - Great news! The Alumni Scholarship Fund is off and running! The first Alumni-backed scholarships will be awarded for the 2026 graduating class! The fund has raised almost $10K, which is great, but is still short of our target of at least $20K to ensure that the fund is sustainable for generations! March is Matching Month! A private group has committed to matching every donation dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000.... $5,000 becomes $10,000! Let's go Wildcats!

RIVER RIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT 210 FOUNDATION
This fund supports the charitable work of the River Ridge Community Unit School District #120 (the Nonprofit), which includes support for educational programs, materials, and capital needs for the district buildings and grounds.

ROGER L. STODDARD SCHOLARSHIP
Rodger L. Stoddard believed in family, fun, and helping others. In his memory, Roger’s family and friends created a scholarship fund at the Community Foundation of Jo Daviess County to honor Roger’s fun-loving spirit and commitment to giving back to his community.
Scholarship Awards will be given each year to one student graduating from each of the following schools with plans to attend a technical training, trade school, community college, 4-year college, or university: River Ridge High School, Stockton High School, Warren High School, and CTE Academy. A total of 4 scholarships, 1 student per school, will be awarded each year.

RUSSEL MARTIN SCHOLARSHIP
The Russel Martin Scholarship provides educational scholarships for students graduating from River Ridge High School who are going into the education field. The fund was started by the River Ridge Education Association to encourage and support students going into the teaching field.

STOCKTON PATHWAYS SCHOLARSHIP
The Stockton Pathways Scholarship fund supports Stockton High School students who demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as financial need. The scholarship is awarded annually to graduating seniors from Stockton High School to be used for higher education expenses.

VIRGINIA HOLIDY SCHOLARSHIP
Virginia Klopf Holiday was a former resident of Elizabeth and a longtime supporter of the Elizabeth Historical Society. The scholarship is awarded to students graduating from River Ridge & is renewable for up to 4 years.

WARHAWK TRACKERBACKERS FUND
The Warhawk Tracker Backer Fund is raising funds for a new track in Stockton. The fund will also ensure that needed funding is in place for maintaining the track in the future. Learn more about the project on the Tracker Backer Facebook page.
